Eligibility Criteria

Non-Returnable Items

Due to the specialized nature of our products and legal restrictions, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Automatic Knives that show signs of use or have been sharpened
  • Italian Stiletto Knives with any modifications or alterations
  • Any knife that has been used, carried, or shows wear
  • Products missing original packaging or documentation
  • Items purchased from unauthorized dealers

Return & Exchange Process

1 Initiate Your Return Request

Within 15 days of receiving your order, email us at [email protected] with the following information:

  • Whether you prefer an exchange or refund

2 Receive Return Authorization

Within 2 business days, we’ll email you a Return Authorization Number and shipping instructions. Do not ship your return without this authorization as we cannot process unauthorized returns.

3 Package and Ship Your Return

Securely package the item in its original packaging with all accessories and documentation. Include the Return Authorization Number on the outside of the package. Ship to:

We recommend using a trackable shipping service and retaining your shipping receipt until your return is processed.

4 Inspection and Processing

Once received, our quality team will inspect your return within 3-5 business days. We’ll notify you via email once the inspection is complete and your return is approved or if there are any issues.

Refunds and Exchanges

Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect your return. The refund amount will include the product price minus any original shipping charges (unless the return is due to our error).

Exchanges
